  So we ordered pizza from the bp's south location, and when we ordered they told us the pizza deal was order two large pizza and get the rest of your order 50% off.
  
  The order took 50 minutes to get here and the pizza was cold. The delivery driver also said there was no promotion for 50% off when ordering two large pizzas, and that we will have to pay full price. We called back to the south store to complain, and were told by the manager that the south does not deliver to our address and that the order was transferred to the north store, (even though we are in eastview and far closer to the south end bp's) and for that reason the receipt was not avaliable and nothing could be done; even though our order was in fact taken and processed by this south location! The only reason we ordered more than one large pizza was because of this "promotion".
  
  Lost our entier family's business for life. VERY disappointed in this service. I recommend avoiding this businesses!

  We had a very negative experience with our server a few weeks back. So we filled out the online survey on the back the receipt. I was pleasantly surprised when the manager called me the next day and handled it all right away. He was very professional and apologetic, I was really impressed. Aside from the inital bad service, food was great and quick.
